General Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your training course. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both students and instructors while maintaining the quality of our training programs. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our contact form or by email to our support team. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The refund amount is determined by the timing of your cancellation request relative to the course start date.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction: • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days • Bank transfer refunds: 7-10 business days • Corporate purchase orders: Credit applied to account within 10 business days • Refund processing fees may apply for certain payment methods • International refunds may take longer due to banking procedures You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please contact us if you do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe.

Course Rescheduling

Instead of cancellation, you may choose to reschedule your course: • Rescheduling is free when requested more than 7 days before the course start date • Rescheduling fees may apply for requests made less than 7 days before the course • You can reschedule to any available course date within 12 months • Rescheduling is subject to course availability • Multiple rescheduling requests may incur additional fees Rescheduling requests must be submitted through our support team and are subject to approval based on course availability and instructor schedules.

Corporate Training Cancellations

Corporate training programs have specific cancellation terms: • Cancellation more than 30 days before training: Full refund • Cancellation 15-30 days before training: 75% refund • Cancellation 7-14 days before training: 50% refund • Cancellation less than 7 days before training: No refund • Custom training programs may have different terms as specified in the contract • Travel and accommodation costs are non-refundable Corporate clients should refer to their specific training agreement for detailed cancellation terms.

Online Course Cancellations

Online courses have different cancellation terms due to immediate access: • Cancellation within 24 hours of enrollment: Full refund • Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment: 75% refund (if less than 25% of course completed) • Cancellation after 7 days: No refund • Self-paced courses: Cancellation policy applies from enrollment date, not completion date • Live online sessions: Follow standard classroom cancellation policy Access to course materials will be revoked immediately upon cancellation approval.

Certification Exam Cancellations

Certification exam fees are separate from course fees and have their own cancellation policies: • PMI exams: Cancellation policies set by Project Management Institute • Microsoft exams: Cancellation policies set by Microsoft • AWS exams: Cancellation policies set by Amazon Web Services • Other vendor exams: Follow respective vendor policies • We provide guidance on exam cancellation but are not responsible for vendor policies Students are responsible for understanding and complying with vendor-specific cancellation terms.

Force Majeure and Emergency Cancellations

In cases of force majeure or emergency situations: • Natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions: Full refund or course credit • Instructor illness or emergency: Full refund or rescheduling at no cost • Technical failures preventing course delivery: Full refund or rescheduling • Travel restrictions affecting in-person courses: Full refund or virtual alternative We reserve the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, students will receive full refunds or the option to reschedule.

Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise: • Medical emergencies: Documentation required, case-by-case evaluation • Military deployment: Full refund with proper documentation • Job loss: Partial refund or course credit may be available • Family emergencies: Case-by-case evaluation with documentation Special circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required, and decisions are made at the discretion of our management team.

No-Show Policy

Students who do not attend their scheduled course without prior cancellation: • Are not eligible for refunds • May be charged a no-show fee • Must re-register and pay full course fees for future attendance • Course materials will not be provided for no-show students We encourage students to contact us as soon as possible if they cannot attend their scheduled course to explore available options.

Dispute Resolution
